Common questions
What do I need to start?
An email address and the trade you run. Your services, prices and hours are filled in. A payment method comes later, before the first fee.
Does Tap to Pay need a card reader?
No. Tap to Pay works on your iPhone or Android phone, in our app. A Stripe card reader works too.
Can I bring my customers and appointments?
Yes. Customers import, and so do appointments, future and past. Imported appointments send no message to your customers.
Where can I sign up?
In the eurozone. Elsewhere sign-up opens later.
