Is the customer list mine?
Yes. The terms say your customer list stays yours, and you can download it.
Do customers need an account to book?
No. Booking needs a name, an email address and a phone number.
Can I bring my customers from another system?
Yes. Customers import, and so do appointments, future and past. Imported appointments send no message.
