What can a client book?
Your starter sessions are on the page from day one. Change any name, length or price.

Which sessions ask a deposit?
A small tattoo, a medium tattoo and a day session ask a deposit.
A deposit is a fixed amount or a percentage of the price. Customers pay by iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The time is held for 15 minutes while they pay. In the Netherlands. Elsewhere, bookings only.
How is a day session booked?
A day session holds 360 minutes in the artist's column.
The page offers it only when the whole day is free.
Which questions can I ask while they book?
Intake questions are asked when the client books online.
The starter list has a set for a tattoo and a set for a piercing. A question can be a yes or no, a choice or a longer answer. A question can say "Ask every time".
Where does the consent form come in?
The confirmation carries a link to the consent form.
The client signs any time before the appointment starts.
Does a client need an account?
Not by default. Booking needs a name, an email address and a phone number.
The answers stay on the client's record.
What does the page show about my business?
Your logo, a brand colour, a cover photo and a short text.
Your address, a map and your opening hours show too. Each location has its own link. On Free, a small "Booked with ServeCounter" line sits at the foot.
