What the Calendar does
Day and week on desktop and tablet. One day on a phone.
Moving
Use Move in the appointment, or drag it on desktop and tablet. The customer is told.
Walk-ins
A walk-in is an appointment that starts now. The customer's name is optional.
No-shows
Fifteen minutes after the start, the app asks if the customer arrived. You decide.
Blocks and notes
Block time for lunch or a day off. A note for the whole day sits in the All day row.
Moving a skin fade
Finn asks for later. Daan drags the booking to 13:00. Finn gets the new time by email.
Free and Plus
Calendar is in both plans. Free costs €0 a month and 1% of each completed booking. Plus costs €25 per location a month. Prices exclude VAT.
Questions about the Calendar
Does the Calendar show closed time?
It shows your opening hours, with closed time hatched. The grid grows for a booking outside them.
Can I see a week?
Yes, on desktop and tablet. A phone shows one day with a strip of days.
What does a no-show cost the customer?
The deposit, if the service has one, and never more than the deposit.
