Payouts
Stripe pays out to your bank. The Stripe account is in your name.
Methods
Online: iDEAL, Wero, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In person: Tap to Pay, a card reader or cash.
Our fee
€0.10 online, 0.1% for Tap to Pay and the card reader. Stripe's own fee comes on top.
Cash
Cash and your own terminal carry no payment fee.
Where €63.00 goes
One Tap to Pay payment on Plus. Each deduction is its own line.
Free and Plus
Payments is in both plans. Free costs CHF 0 a month and 1% of each completed booking. Plus costs CHF 25 per location a month. Prices exclude VAT.
Questions about payments
Do I need a KvK number?
You can start as a private person. If you have a KvK number, you enter it when you set up payments.
Are fees returned on a refund?
No. We keep our fee on a refund or a lost dispute. So does Stripe.
