Yes. Each person has a column in the Calendar. Their hours decide when they can be booked.

Does a walk-in need a name?

No. A walk-in is an appointment starting now, and the customer's name is optional.

Can customers book online?

Yes, at yourname.servecounter.com. Taken times are never offered.
