Calendar for music studios

A column per teacher. A weekly lesson is booked once, and every date is checked.

4 dates booked

How do I book a weekly lesson?

Book it once and choose the repeat.

Every date is its own appointment, checked like a single booking. Public holidays are checked too.

What if one date clashes?

You choose before saving: Skip the date or pick Other time.

Other time offers up to eight free times that day, nearest first. A series with a clash and no choice is refused, so nothing is double-booked unseen.

Which teacher takes a weekly lesson?

With No preference, the series is with the one teacher who is free on the most dates.

Does a lesson keep its time through the year?

Yes. Every date keeps its time on the studio's own clock.

A lesson at 10:00 stays at 10:00 on either side of summer time.

Can a student move one date?

Yes. Each date has its own link to move or cancel.

The link changes that date only, and the series goes on. Moving all the following dates is for staff.

Is a weekly lesson paid online?

A series is booked by staff, so nothing is paid online for it.

Deposits and no-show fees are per appointment. A no-show keeps only that date's own fee and leaves the rest of the series booked.

What does the student get?

The email lists each date with its own link.

The text gives the rhythm and the first date. Each reminder carries its own date's link.

Can each teacher have their own column?

Yes. Each person has a column in the Calendar.

Their own hours decide when they can be booked online. The Calendar runs in 15-minute steps and shows your opening hours. Block lunch or a day off, and that time is never offered online. A phone shows one day. Desktop and tablet also show the week.

Can I book a practice room in the Calendar?

Yes. A practice room is a service of 60 minutes, 2 hours or 3 hours.

It has its own price, like a lesson.
