Commission or monthly fee: which booking plan is cheaper?

Free takes 1% of each completed sale. Plus costs 25,00 € per location a month. Above 2 500,00 € of sales a month, Plus costs less.

How do Free and Plus charge?

Free has no monthly fee. It takes 1% of each completed sale, however it was paid. Plus takes no percentage. It costs 25,00 € per location a month.

What counts as a completed sale?

A paid appointment, walk-in or product sale, in cash, by card or online. If you refund a customer later, the 1% stays.

A booking cancelled before it takes place, with nothing paid online, is not counted. Neither is history imported from another system.

Do card payments change the answer?

No. Our payment fee is the same on both plans: 0,1% with Tap to Pay or a card reader, 0,10 € online. Stripe's fee is its own. Cash carries neither.

Does a second location change it?

A second location needs Plus. It costs 25,00 € a month, the same as the first.

Questions about the plans

Does Free take 1% of cash payments?

Yes. The 1% counts every completed sale, however it was paid.

Is 25,00 € the price for good?

25,00 € is the early-adopter price. You keep it while you stay on Plus.

Is VAT included?

No. Our prices exclude VAT. Outside the Netherlands, a verified EU VAT number means you pay none to us.

What happens if I stop paying for Plus?

Plus runs to the end of the paid month. Then the business moves to Free.
