How does a chair renter join my location?
A chair renter signs up as their own business.
An Owner of the renter's business asks to link to one of your locations. An Owner of your business accepts or declines.
What does a renter keep?
The renter keeps their own booking page, prices, customers, payments and plan.
Each is its own business.
What does my Calendar show of a renter?
Your Calendar shows the renter's Busy times in a column, nothing else.
The renter's customers and appointments stay in the renter's business.
Does a rented chair count in my own chairs?
With chairs listed, the rented chair leaves your own count.
Who settles the rent?
Rent is settled outside ServeCounter.
How does the link end?
Either side ends the link at once.
The renter's business carries on as its own.
What do my barbers cost?
Nothing. Plus counts locations, not staff.
Each person who signs in has their own account. Rights decide which screens a person sees.
Can I set each barber's hours?
Yes. Each person has their own hours, inside the location's opening hours.
They set what the booking page offers.
Can my accountant sign in?
Yes. The Accountant role sees reports, day reports, payouts and Statements.
