Can a signed form change?
No. A signed form is a record and is never changed.
A new version is a new form.
Does the client get a copy?
Yes. Signing sends a copy by email, with the PDF.
Where do the intake answers show?
On the client's record, and on each appointment with the date answered.
A question can say "Ask every time", so the client answers it again. Staff can edit the answers at the chair.
Do notes stay for the next artist?
Yes. Notes and signed forms stay with the client.
Whoever is next opens the same record.
Can I bring my clients from another system?
Yes. Customers, services and appointments import, past and future.
Imports send no messages.
Is the client list mine?
Yes. The terms say your customer list stays yours, and you can download it.
