What does a barber ring up?
Every starter service and add-on is ready to ring up from day one.
A skin fade with a wash is €35.00: €30.00 and €5.00.

How is a walk-in paid?
Press Walk-in. The appointment starts now, in the column you choose.
The customer's name is optional. The sale opens on the phone, and Tap to Pay takes the card. The appointment shows Paid. Receipts go by email, QR code, text link or a supported printer. Texts are charged.
Can a customer pay part in cash?
Yes. Some in cash and the rest by card.
Each part is its own payment on the same sale. A discount goes on one line or the whole sale, in % or €. It shows as its own line.
Can customers add a tip?
Tips are a setting for each location.
Staff can always type a tip in, for cash and card. Tips sit on their own line when you close the day and in Reports.
What does a card payment cost a barber?
Our fee and Stripe's, on both plans. Free adds its 1%.

Stripe's prices for standard European cards in the Netherlands, read 1 October 2026. Cash and your own terminal carry no payment fee.
Does the browser take Tap to Pay?
No. Tap to Pay works only in the app.
The browser on the iPad takes cash, a card reader and your own terminal. In the Netherlands. Elsewhere, bookings only.
Can I sell products at the chair?
Products start off for a barber.
An Owner switches them on in Settings › Parts. Then they ring up beside the cut.
How does a barber close the day?
The drawer asks for its float when it first opens. Closing counts the cash and writes the day report.
