What does each method cost?

Which methods can a customer use?
A customer pays online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL or Wero, through Stripe.
Is our fee the same for every method?
Yes. It is 0,10 € for card, iDEAL and Wero, so it is known before the customer picks a method. Stripe's fee differs by method.
Does the plan change it?
No. Our payment fee is the same on Free and Plus. On Free, the 1% of the completed sale comes on top.
What happens to the fees on a refund?
A card payment is refunded to that card. An iDEAL or Wero payment is refunded to the customer's bank account. We keep our fees on refunds and lost disputes, as Stripe keeps its own.
Where do online payments work?
Payments work in the Netherlands. Elsewhere, ServeCounter takes online bookings only.
