What the booking page does
Only free times are offered.
Address
Every business gets yourname.servecounter.com at sign-up. Each location has its own link.
Steps
Service, person, time, then name, email and phone. A step with one choice is skipped.
Look
A logo, a brand colour, a cover photo and a short text. Address, map and hours show too.
Deposits
Paid by iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The time is held for 15 minutes while the customer pays.
A deposit for a bridal trial
The time is held while the bride pays €30.00. The rest is paid at the trial.
Free and Plus
Booking page is in both plans. Free costs CZK 0 a month and 1% of each completed booking. Plus costs CZK 600 per location a month. Prices exclude VAT.
Questions about the booking page
Does a customer need an account?
No. Booking needs a name, an email address and a phone number.
What does a Free business's page carry?
A small "Booked with ServeCounter" line at the foot. Plus removes it.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Your own domain comes later, as a second address for the same page.
