What should I compare?
| Point | What to check | ServeCounter |
|---|---|---|
| Fee model | A percentage of sales, a monthly fee, or both. | Free: 1% of each completed sale, no monthly fee. Plus: €25 per location a month, no percentage. |
| Card fees | The fee per card payment, beside the payment provider's. | 0.1% with Tap to Pay or a card reader, €0.10 online. Stripe's fee is its own line. Cash carries none. |
| No-show protection | Deposits, a no-show fee, and who decides. | A deposit when booking, set once or per service. A no-show keeps it. You mark the no-show. |
| Data export | Which records you can download, and in what format. | An Owner exports customers, appointments, sales and payments as Excel or CSV. |
| Contract and cancelling | The term, the notice, and what happens when you stop. | Plus is paid per month. If you stop, it runs to the end of the paid month, then Free. |
When is a monthly fee cheaper?
Plus costs less than Free above €2,500 of sales a month per location. At €69 a classic facial, that is about 36 bookings.
What happens on a no-show?
Fifteen minutes after the start, the app asks if the customer arrived. You decide. A no-show keeps the deposit, if the booking took one.
What comes with me if I leave?
A full export of customers, appointments, sales and payments. A price rise is announced 30 days ahead.
