What the 1% counts
The value of each completed booking or sale, however it was paid.
Counted
- A booking made online, paid online or at the counter
- An appointment your staff enter, once it is completed
- A walk-in or a sale at the Point of sale
- A no-show fee you keep

- A booking cancelled before it takes place
- History imported from another system
- Any booking at all, on Plus

Locations only, at SEK 300 each a month.

Not counted.
Devices
Phones, iPads, card readers and printers are not counted.

Buy Plus before the price changes. You keep SEK 300 per location while you stay on Plus. If the price drops, you pay less.
Beta code
Enter it at sign-up. Every location gets Plus free for 12 months, with no ServeCounter fees. Stripe's fees and texts are still paid.
VAT
Our prices exclude VAT. A registered business reclaims it.

Questions about prices
What counts as a completed booking?
An appointment that took place, paid in cash, by card or online. Cancelled bookings don't count. If you refund a customer later, the 1% stays.
When is Plus cheaper?
Above SEK 30,000 a month of completed bookings on one location. At exactly SEK 30,000 the two cost the same.
What does a second location cost?
A second location needs Plus. It costs SEK 300 a month, the same as the first.
Is VAT included?
No. With a verified EU VAT number you pay none to us. The reverse charge applies.
What happens if I stop paying for Plus?
Plus runs to the end of the paid month. Then the business moves to Free.
